The year 2023 is about to end, in this year, we witnessed the rise of AI based tools exponentially. Undoubtedly, we have come so far in progressing fields of science, from sky to deep ocean. However, even today in many regions of this earth, portray STEM a boring field. Specially, in South Asian countries, where people are not readily willing to understand the fun & fusion of STEM, rather they are memorizing it, bridges should be built here to celebrate science.

I am an undergraduate student of department of pharmacy. Every day I deal with amazing concepts. I study about human body which is consisted of numerous cells as well as I study about bacteria, fungi, virus. I study about molecules; I study about gases and their principles. However, as science is not celebrated in our region unlike third world countries, along with my classmates I face challenges.

Even though our content is vast, but our point of interests does not get bigger proportional to that. Hence, I personally felt the necessity of “Science Communication.”

What is “Science Communication?” Well, Science communication is the process of connecting science and society. It fosters a culture of curiosity, critical thinking, and evidence-based reasoning. It is a dynamic and interactive process that involves listening to, understanding, and responding to the needs, values, and interests of different audiences.

Therefore, in 2024 and upcoming years, we have communicated with general audience through science, for science and by science.
